Microblading post treatment regimen

Microblading post treatment

Since I have received so many phone calls and emails with questions about Microblading post treatment regimen, as well as what to expect after your first Microblading procedure, I thought it would be useful to clarify a few things!

First of all everyone heals differently, you will have to wait for up to four weeks until you fully heal. After that time frame passes we can best evaluate the progress.

Moving forward we can then proceed with a touch up to make it perfect. 4 Weeks after your first appointment many changes may appear on your Microbladed Eyebrows so be patient!

First three days you may expect your eyebrows look much darker ( which is just the pigmentation setting in). It may even look red but don’t worry that’s absolutely normal. 3 to 5 days later it will get dry and will start peeling that may take up to two weeks – make sure you’re not picking the skin, let it heal on it’s own otherwise you remove your skin with the ink.

Two weeks later it may appear patchy or like you’re missing some lines in some spots. That’s normal too, you may lose up to 50% of the lines that’s why you come back for your touch up four weeks later!

It also may change color a little, usually it becomes at least 30 to 50 percent lighter. Not to worry about it – give your specialist a chance to fix it during the first touch-up appointment and it’s usually absolutely free of charge, some people may need an additional touch up.
